Bowling Green
For those wanting to get outdoors, the bowling green (whilst not a pennant green) is a great place to practice, whether to get back to full speed after a break, or to build a talent as yet undiscovered. Meet up with other like-minded people and have some fun.
There are also a number of bowlers who put on sessions to teach non-bowlers how to play and the odd barefoot bowls event for a bit of fun.
