About the RBT
You may have heard us talk about the "RBT" or commonly known as the Rivervue Bomber Tragics. It's a group of Rivervue residents who all share a passion for football. While many proudly support the red and black Bombers, other members barrack for the Doggies, Magpies, Kangaroos and plenty of other AFL teams too.
More than anything, the RBT is a social group — a place where people come together to celebrate a shared love of the game, the traditions around it, and the teams they’ve supported through thick and thin.
Over the last few seasons, the RBT has welcomed some very special guests, including:

These football greats shared their stories, insights and passion for the game, through intimate talks at the Rivervue Community Centre.
Now, the RBT is excited to announce its next special event.
Six players from the 2026 Essendon Football Club men’s and women’s teams will be visiting Rivervue next week, and RBT members would love to invite you to join in the fun:

Come along to meet and greet: Zach Merrett, Darcy Parish, Archer Day-Wicks, Angus Clarke, Madison Prespakis and Steph Cain.
Note: Player appearances may change at the club's discretion.
With so many positive role models visiting Rivervue, the RBT would also love to extend the invitation to your family. Feel free to bring along your sons, grandsons, daughters and granddaughters who would enjoy meeting these AFL and AFLW stars.
